Five conference teams will make their 2016-17 debuts this weekend. Penn State opens the season with a Thursday-Friday series at home against No. 16/- St. Lawrence, while No. 11/12 Michigan, Ohio State and Wisconsin will play on Friday and Saturday. No. 13/11 Minnesota will travel to Alaska to face Alaska Anchorage on Friday and Alaska on Sunday.
