Michigan State and Ohio State kick off the 2014-15 conference slate on Thursday night in Columbus, Ohio. The teams will conclude their series on Friday night. The Big Ten schedule is a 20-game slate with each team playing the other five members four times.

After a five-assist weekend against UMass Lowell, Penn State’s Taylor Holstrom now leads the nation with 1.44 assists per game and ranks second nationally with 1.78 points per game. Minnesota’s Taylor Cammarata is tied for fourth in the country with 1.00 assists per contest while his Gopher teammates Kyle Rau and Mike Reilly are tied for 12th with 0.90 helpers per contest.

With the team’s win over No. 4/4 UMass Lowell on Saturday, Penn State head coach Guy Gadowsky notched his 200th career victory in his 15th season behind the bench. Gadowsky becomes the fourth Big Ten coach with at least 200 career wins, joining Michigan’s Red Berenson (792), Minnesota’s Don Lucia (658) and Wisconsin’s Mike Eaves (255).
