Even with Wisconsin’s troubles, Penn State coach Guy Gadowsky took his team out west last week knowing he faced a big challenge. The Nittany Lions were without a number of key players, heading into the rink of a team desperate for some a strong start to conference play.
The response, however, coouldn’t have been better.
