COLUMBUS, Ohio Junior Andrew Sturtz (Buffalo, N.Y.) scored the game-tying goal with just 0.7 seconds remaining in regulation and potted the lone shootout goal to help Penn State earn two points against No. 11 Ohio State after a 5-5 tie and 1-0 shootout victory in Big Ten Conference action this evening from Value City Arena.
