It’s the first night of conference play in Big Ten hockey and for college hockey’s youngest program, Friday was especially big. Penn State, with a 6-2-2 non-conference record, was on the road at historic Yost Arena to take on perennial power Michigan.
Already trailing 1-0 in the first period, Penn State sophomore goalie Eamon McAdam came up with what may be one of the best saves of his young career.
