The Michigan State Spartans (12-12-2, Big Ten 5-5-2) handed the nineteenth-ranked Penn State Nittany Lions (15-9-4, Big Ten 7-4-1) their first sweep of the season, taking the game by a final score of 3-2 in East Lansing on Saturday night.
