Watching this weeks video recap, I couldn’t help but be in awe of Pavlychev’s size. I don’t think we fully appreciate it as we look down on him from the seats in Pegula. Brian Tripp starts off the player interview session with Vince Pedrie who’s listed as six feet tall. While Tripp isn’t as tall as Pedrie, he’s not much shorter. But he looks like a hobbit standing next to Nikita. Now imagine him on the ice with the added inches his skates give him. He’s got to be close to 7′ when he’s out there.
