Penn State (9-4-2, 3-1-0-0 Big Ten) earned their first sweep of a Big Ten team in Madison over the weekend, beating the sinking Badgers (1-10-1, 0-2-0-0 Big Ten) 5-2 Friday night then 4-2 Saturday evening for their third series sweep of the season.

David Glen and Dylan Richard added goals as well in their return and David Goodwin put up four points on the scoresheet, a career high for the sophomore. Baileys point blast came to Glen through traffic and the junior put the puck in up high on Wisconsin goaltender Joel Rumpel for his third of the season at 11: 20 of the first period. Robinsons first came on a breakaway with 5: 37 to play in the period after the freshman capitalized off a Badger mistake in the Penn State defensive zone and took the puck in on his own, firing a wrister past Rumpel for the 2-0 lead.
