Penn State Men’s Hockey: Lions Lose to No. 19 Robert Morris in Three Rivers Classic – Victory Bell Rings

The game turned on a costly but extremely questionable five minute major to Nate Jensen, who looked to hit a Colonial player up high just past the halfway point of the game at 10:47 of the second period. Jensen was awarded a five minute contact to the head penalty and a 10 minute game misconduct, giving Robert Morris an extended five minute power play. The Colonials took advantage of the call, putting up two goals on sophomore goaltender Eamon McAdam in 30 seconds, who until that point had kept Robert Morris off the scoresheet with his solid play.
