Junior goaltender Celine Whitlinger secured her first collegiate shutout in the 3-0 win Friday, making 21 saves in the Nittany Lion victory. A scoreless first period was broken in the second by sophomore Laura Bowman, notching the first of her two points in the evening contest. Teammate Caitlin Reilly dished a pass to Bowman in front of the net all alone and the sophomore put it by Lindenwood goaltender NicoleHensley for the 1-0 lead at 10: 37 of the frame.
