STATE COLLEGE – Each passing day brings Penn State men’s hockey coach Guy Gadowsky and his players closer to the reason they came to Centre County in the first place.

Fielding reporters’ questions at Monday’s media day at Pegula Ice Arena, Gadowsky’s eyes lit up at the notion of dropping the puck on the 2013-14 season.
