In a nice gesture to the Philly area kids, Guy Gadowsky started a mostly local lineup for today’s Philly Classic game. In addition to Eamon McAdam (Perkasie, Pa.) starting in net, local athletes Connor Varley (Lansdale, Pa.), Ricky DeRosa (Aston, Pa.), David Thompson (Glen Mills, Pa.) and Kevin Kerr (Bensalem Pa.) all started. North Jersey’s Alec Marsh (Bridgewater, N.J.) was also on the ice for the opening faceoff.
