WHHELING, W. Va — Nick Saracino scored his second goal of the night with 8:03 remaining to break a 3-3 tie for Worcester, and goalie Eamon McAdam held off Wheeling in the final moments in the Railers’ 4-3 victory over the Nailers Saturday night at WesBanco Arena.
