The win improves the Nittany Lions to 6-2-2 on the year and gives the program its first win over a Top 5 opponent in school history. Penn State came out of the gates firing and would take a 3-0 into the break. Casey Bailey registered the first score only 6: 17 into the game and score yet again only two minutes later to extend the lead.
