HV Note: I disagree with the author’s placement of Penn State. He has them in Cincinnati, with Duluth headed to Manchester NH. It makes infinitely more sense to assign Harvard to Manchester, Penn State to Providence (we are equidistant from Providence and Cincy both), and Duluth to Cincy.
