People will often take a year off before college to think about what they want to do. They might tour Europe or just get a job to save up for school.
Eric Scheid took his year off after his freshman year at Alaska-Anchorage to go play for the USHL’s Lincoln Stars.
He’s now returned to the college game, and he hasn’t missed a beat.
